Nominations for IARCS Executive Council
The IARCS Executive Council is renominated every three years. The term of the current Executive Council ends in December 2011. A fresh Council will take over after the Annual General Body Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, 13 December, 2011, during FSTTCS 2011.
As per the constitution of IARCS, the new Executive Council will be nominated by the outgoing Executive Council, based on nominations received. The Executive Council of IARCS is expected to have 6-10 members.
To nominate a candidate for the IARCS Executive Council, please fill out the nomination form and send it to

Please note that each nomination must be proposed and seconded and the nominee must also sign accepting the nomination. The proposer, seconder and nominee must all be members of IARCS. A member may propose or second at most two nominations.
In order of preference, please submit your nomination form as follows.
- Scanned copy by email to the address above.
- Fax copy to the fax number above.
- Hard copy by post.
- Hand over in person at FSTTCS.
The last date for receipt of nomination forms by post is Thursday, 8 December, 2011. Forms can, however, be handed over in person to the Secretary, IARCS at FSTTCS 2011 till Monday, 12 December, 2011.

- Full Members
Persons engaged in research in computer science or engaged in teaching Computer Science (graduate/post-graduate degrees) with post-graduate/doctoral degrees in computer Science and Engineering or the corresponding degrees in Science/Mathematics/Engineering with experience in the area of Computer Science and Engineering - Student Members
Persons enrolled as students for B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc./M.E./M.Tech/Ph.D. degrees
