The registration fee for ATVA 2012 can either be paid electronically (through credit card, debit card or net banking) or through cheque/demand draft (drawn in favor of "ATVA 2012" payable at Pune, India).
We must receive your cheque/demand draft on or before the registration deadline for Early Bird registration (alternately, Late registration). Please write your name and email address on the reverse side of your cheque/demand draft before sending it to us. The address at which the cheque/demand draft is to be sent is:

Please note that an additional charge of INR 500 will be applicable for categories Student (Indian University) and Faculty/Staff (Indian University), if the fee is paid electronically.
In case you need any financial assistance to be able to attend the conference, please send us a request at atva2012@iarcs.org.in on or before August 15, 2012. Such a request, however, would not guarantee that you will be provided assistance. The organizing team will notify you of the decision by August 20, 2012.
