Who will use the Simputer?

The Simputer is only a part of the puzzle. It is a access device that allows for access to data that hopefully makes our daily life easier. We basically envisage the Simputer to be used at all places where a group of people can gather: an STD booth, a government office, a village post office, the corner shop.

But the success of the the Simputer depends on the availability of content and the ability to access. Otherwise, they would be isolated devices, that is at best a curio.
