India wins one silver and two bronze medals at IOI-2004, Athens

The International Olympiad in Informatics, 2004 (IOI-2004) was held at Athens, Greece in September, 2004. This year's Indian team won one silver medal and two bronze medals. The three students who won medals at IOI-2004 are:

  • Harpreet Singh, Silver medal
  • R Shreevatsa, Bronze medal
  • Kshitij Bansal, Bronze medal

Indian team for International Olympiad in Informatics, Athens, Greece, September 2004

The team to represent India at IOI-2004 at Athens, Greece in September has been selected. The team members are:

Indian National Olympiad in Zonal Informatics, 2004

The Indian National Olympiad in Informatics, 2004 (INOI-2004) was held on Saturday, 1 May, 2004.

22 students have qualified for the final training camp to select the Indian team for the International Olympiad in Informatics, 2004.

Zonal Informatics Olympiad, 2004

The Zonal Informatics Olympiad, 2004 (ZIO-2004) was held on Saturday, 31 January, 2004. Over 5600 students took part at 34 centres in India and 2 in west Asia. Participation in ZIO was up 200% from 2003.

204 students have qualified for the Indian National Olympiad in Informatics 2004 (INOI-2004).
